I was born and raised in Brazil. I moved to California is 2003 and have always been deeply connected spiritually and very athletic during my whole life. When I became a Yogini, I found a powerful way to put it all together through prayer synchronized with movement and conscious breaths techniques in deep meditation. It helped me transform thoughts, patterns and obsessions. My practice really healed me and empowered me to be present in every moment. I am happy to share my story and I am here to help others.
I am a Brazilian Prayer Warrior of The Light. I work with Yoga and I practice all 8 limbs on a daily basis.
I am a Musician and I co-founder of Universal Prayer Music with My Beloved Husband Tim Cannon. Together we have 2 incredible Children Israel (9) & Lucia (7). I help protect Mother Earth and all that in Her exists. I am a Wellness Advocate, Peacemaker, and Ambassador of The Holy Spirit. I teach Yoga and Meditation to all ages and all levels and am overjoyed to share my wisdom and vibrant energy with our Community. I encourage my students to take their practice to the next level in the Asana aspect and mostly in the ways they can explore their gifts connected with their true essence, facilitating awakening and communion with Spirit.
I received my bachelor’s Degree in Architecture & Urban design in 1998 in Brazil. In 2003 I moved to Los Angeles and extended my studies with design at UCLA. I started practicing Yoga at Exhale Center for Sacred Movement in Venice Beach and completely fell in love with the Practice. I took my first Teacher Training at YogaWorks® in Santa Monica in 2009 and have been teaching since then. I have also trained inAshtanga at Espaço Sangha in Recife, Brazil in 2010. I am also a certified yoga instructor for kids with Yoga Playgrounds and Mini Yogis in Los Angeles.
I am a Mother. I appreciate life, this earth and all that God has created. I pray for harmony that brothers and sisters can stop fighting and learn to respect one other and the world around us.
As a Channel I open myself to receive messages from The Divine.
I hear God as I connect from the moment I wake up in the morning and I take God in my dreams while I sleep. I spend time alone with God connected and I keep this practice in all that I do.
Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body. Music is my way to express myself and sing hymns and praise God.

The first time I practiced yoga with Ana I left feeling like I had been spiritually awakened. This is not an exaggeration. Ana is an inspiringly athletic practitioner of the art, but what I believe sets her apart is her practice of the spiritual side of yoga. Even after years of practicing with her, she continues to be a wise, encouraging guide along my journey into the more profound side of yoga. Ana is also a patient, supportive teacher who is great about knowing when to gently push you physically and when to let you rest. She makes yoga practitioners of all abilities feel comfortable, yet challenged. I have practiced with many other instructors and have never found anyone near her caliber. I occasionally get a good “workout” with someone else, but have never found anyone to match her amazing combination of a physically demanding practice with a strong spiritual thread running through it. - Summer R.
